This was the case of Comrade Emmanuel Owuala and Wife who took their pretty daughter to church for dedication today.The Assemblies of God Church,Afaha Ubeh Itam ,Uyo witnessed an unusual turn out of dignitaries, guest,friends and fans of Comrade Emmanuel Owuala to his daughter’s dedication today .
We almost thought it was a Nollywood film set,as actors,directors,producers of movies in Akwa Ibom State came out in their numbers to support and show solidarity for their Chairman.
When we thought we’ve seen it all in the church service,the reception party took a unique dimension with ushers costumed in colourful epic attires.
The celebrants danced in with all amount of royalty with his body guards and palace maiden.I almost mistook Discovery park for Ibom film village and looked around if I could sight Director Moses Eskor.Yes! the reception party couldn’t have been screen played more than this and it must have been the work of Gabriel Hero,the screen writer.Stars like Ime Bishop Umoh,Bernadette Obi-Wills,Kenneth Ekanem ,Moses Armstrong ,Rose Diamond and Idy Nkutt added so much class to it and Uwem Richmond Efiok-Nyong hid somewhere to capture the event for bajioplanet Blog.
