IN THE NEWS: A’Ibom Stand Still as Supol Cletus Ties Nuptial Knot in Uyo

……….The Holy Bible says in the book Proverbs, chapter 18 verses 22 that “he who finds a wife finds a good thing and receives favor from the Lord”. And the year 2018 has been a splendid year of great blessings and achievements for Supol Cletus Otu, security expert whom today Saturday 27th October quit bachelorhood and got married to his sweetheart former Miss Mbuotidem Ini in Uyo.
At the wedding ceremony which took place at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Mbiabong Anyanya Uyo the state capital. The Priest Very Rev.Fr. (Dr) Ray Maria Unoh advised the couple to always pray together as husband and wife and allow God to lead them in all they do.
Fr. Unoh emphasis that love, respect for each other and good communication between couples is the foundation of fruitful and blissful marriage. The cleric enjoned the couple to always play according to the role of the marriage while praying for God’s grace upon them.
Supol Cletus, working in Akwa Ibom, Mopol 57 Ukana, and attached to quick response squad started policing in the country at Kanu, Benue and Cross River State respectively.
Mr. Cletus described his wife as ” a true friend, companion and a lover with a golden heart that means the world to me”.
He used the opportunity to appreciate men of the Nigerian Police Force, the church, in-laws, his family members, friends, politicians, invited guests and other personalities that graced their marriage ceremony.
Nigerian Police Force was well represented at the ceremony. The Commander 57 Ukana who was function as the chairman on the occasion, CSP Suleman A. Gulma led a strong delegation of high-spirited gallant men of the police force including DSP Najie Mukono, DSP Ikpa Sylvester, ASP Sarumoh. Other present were Mrs. Uduak Eduok, Wife of Rtd. Air Marshall Nsikak Eduok, Mrs. Idara Ime Okon, Wife of Nollywood super star Bishop Ime Okon, Hon. councillors, notable politicians amongst others.
Meanwhile, family, relatives, friends, professional colleagues who attended the event were treated to music, dance and sumptuous meal at the wedding reception at Ann’s Haren 6 Everis Bassey Drive off Shelter Afriqua Uyo.
