Your Excellency, today, it is a given fact that all Akwa Ibomites at home and abroad can, under your visionary leadership, boast of a State, a home land where hundreds of youths, men, women have been taken off the streets and have been meaningfully employed, in various industries and institutions.
Your remarkable imprints include Ibom Airline; the first State-owned airline; King’s Flour Mill, Lions Plywood Industry, Fertilizer Blending Plant, Rice Mill, Peacock Paint Factory, Electricity Meter, Plastic, ToothPicks/ Pencil, Jubilee Syringe Manufacturing Companies. The St Gabriel Coconut Refinery, upcoming Deep Seaport, several well equiped hospitals and medical facilities, to name a few.
The direct and indirect impacts of your leadership strides has brought triumph over poor governance, famishment, hate, entrepreneurial retrogression, disunity, bloodbath, small mindedness, and all forms of social vices which had taken firm hold on our dear State in time past.
Your Excellency, in five (5) years, you have clearly promoted the doctrines of sound leadership as well as stimulate the framework for a knowledge driven economy in Akwa Ibom.
Again, Akwa Ibom stands tall in the fight against Coronavirus in the State, kudos to your die-hard committment and sincerity to the health and well-being of our people.
As you mark your five years in office today, May 29, 2020, I celebrate you and reiterate my trust in your government to rebrand all sectors of the State and standard of living of the people, in all sectors of our economy.
I pray the Almighty God to continue to bless, guide and give you wisdom to build Akwa Ibom of our dream.
