EASTER: Let Us Follow The Master’s Footsteps By Senator Bassey Albert (OBA)
……On behalf of my wife and family, I wish to respectfully convey our sincere felicitations to all constituents in Akwa Ibom North East Senatorial District and beyond as the Christendom nay the World mark Easter celebration.
Salvation, which was key to the mission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ remains the anchor of our faith as we join other faithful in the world to pray for the quick ending of the novel Covid -19 pandemic. As Jesus Christ overcame the grave and resurrected, surely, by his power, we’ll overcome the corona virus. – Matthew 21: 22
Let us also be mindful of the worthy lessons of Easter. It should be dear to our hearts that our Lord laid a pathway for our redemption by securing affinity with the Almighty God; offering every soul an opportunity for restitution and eternal life with God. -1 John 1:9; John 5:24 and Romans 3:20-26.
He also taught us through his own personal sacrifice that a life lived for others is what grows humanity.
As your worthy representative in the Senate, I shall continue to offer my time and resources to sustain the collective dreams of my respectable constituents and the state. It shall surely be from glory to glory.
I urge all faithful to follow the Master’s footsteps.
